These products come with a one year warranty for any manufacturer fault from date of purchase.
To claim a warranty:
- Notify us immediately of the issue and we will advise you on the returns procedure.
- The return postal fees are not included in the warranty and must be paid for by the claimant.
- Any product returned under warranty will be fully assessed by our engineers for manufacture fault.
- Warranty will not be granted for any product not used in the recommended way.
- Warranty will not be granted if the product is deemed to have sustained damage during regular use.
