Red Light Therapy

Light Therapy For Dogs

Red Light Therapy offers dogs significant benefits in both rehabilitation from injury, and as a performance aid for the sport hound. Click here for information on How Red Light Therapy Works.

Therapy Wrap System:

An efficient and time effective therapymodality for all dog owners – both professional and recreational. The pads house both red and infrared LEDS in a soft, flexible housing.  Powered by a convenient rechargeable battery (lithium ion) or you can choose the mains powered option.   Pads are available in 3 sizes and come with attachment straps, clips and an easy to use manual.

APPLICATION:

With no formal training required you simply place the pad over the desired area and allow the light wavelengths to penetrate deep into the tissue where a number of healing parameters will be stimulated.  Because of the small size of dogs (in comparison to horses) the application time need only be a few minutes to gain maximum benefits.  Applications can be 2 to 3 times per day initially then reduced to an “as needed” basis for best results.

TESTIMONIAL:

DOG-TREATED-RED-LIGHT

Kennel Cough – Sally Buktenica, Perth

“Our pug had a bad case of kennel cough. Sue suggested we use the redlight pads on her.

So twice a day for 20 min we “sandwiched” Lilly between 2 pads. By day 2 she had improved. I missed the third day and her condition worsened. I then diligently did the therapy for the next 4 days.  She rapidly improved with each day.

I have no doubt that the red light pads helped enormously in Lilly’s recovery.”
